No Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Bites Recipe
This dessert recipe is many things: sugar free, low carb, grain free, Paleo, dairy free, and nut free. It’s also decadent, satiating, and doesn’t require an oven. Prep-time is roughly ten minutes from start to nom. Yes, you really can have it all with my No-Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Bites.

No-Bake Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Bites Recipe (low carb, grain free, Paleo, nut free)

The below will make roughly eight balls. More can be made, just replicate the below proportions.
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder (ideally organic and fair-trade)
  • 1/4 tsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • Dash of pink salt, or to taste
  • Dash up stevia, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut


Mix together all ingredients, except for dried shredded coconut, in a bowl until well-blended and there are no lumps.

Separate dried shredded coconut in a separate bowl and set aside.

Divide batter into equal parts, then roll each portion into bite-sized balls between your palms.

Roll each ball in bowl of dried shredded coconut until evenly coated.

Place in container with lid (ideally a glass or Pyrex container).

Can be eaten right away, or chilled in freezer for 10-15 minutes for a firmer consistency.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
